Sermon: Wasted on Purpose Print
Wednesday, 07 September 2011 17:56

Christ has given to us the wonderful gift of salvation through a heavy price. Now, Christians have the opportunity to earn rewards in Heaven, receive His blessings, and accomplish something for the Lord. However, we have purposely wasted the precious things of God and have no second thoughts to how much our Savior have bled to provide them for us. The majority was spent on our own pleasure, rather than the Father. Despite of the saints seeing and knowing how much they are wasting after every year has passed, they still do not care. Usually, people do not feel the hurt from how much they waste until the end of their lives. Then they will look back with tears in their eyes and ask themselves, "To what purpose is this waste?"

Mt 26:8 But when his disciples saw it, they had indignation, saying, To what purpose is this waste?

  1. Seeing the Waste
  2. Feeling the Waste
  3. Deeming the Waste
