One of the most popular verses in the Bible, yet it is one of the most ignored. The Lord is knocking at the door of your heart, and the Christian does not let Him in. Though we may rejoice about Christ being inside our hearts, in reality we do not. If so, then we would actually let Him be the center of everything in our hearts. But what churches are really good at is to ignore the knock no matter how many times He taps on your doorstep. You constantly do not listen to what Jesus tells you to do and finally reject the call of God. You slam the door on His face and push Him away from your life. At that moment, you have given your heart over to Satan. You heed to his voice rather than your beloved Heavenly Father's. It is no wonder that many churches are not filled with power and fruit, because they have not allowed Jesus to be the center of their lives. They have literally set up blockades and walls against the door, telling Him that we don't want Him. When the Son of God says, "Let me in," you put your laziness, busyness, worldly pleasures, and lusts in the way. Can't you hear the Saviour going, "Knock. Knock." You ask, "Who's there?" Well, you know who it is, so let Him in.

Revelation 3:20
Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
