One of the most important sermons preached is this message. The greatest essential thing that a person must ever do in his or her life is to get saved.  No one wants to spend their eternity in a burning Hell.  Christ literally sacrificed His everything to save our souls.  God made salvation so simple that even a child could get saved within seconds.  Surprisingly, there are billions of people who would reject such an outstanding offer and risk a Lake of Fire for their end.  The devil has completely blinded the eyes of this world after all that the Lord has done to provide us the way of salvation.  What people fail to realize is that they are sinners in need of a Savior.  They think they are good enough to go to Heaven, but the Bible reveals that "there is none that doeth good, no not one."  The lost cannot fathom why preachers will warn them about Hell.  They will call it "hate speech," but in reality, the warning is full of love and care.  After all, that Christian loved and cared you enough to show you a way to escape an eternal torment.  Jesus was beaten for you, whipped for you, tortured for you, crucified for you, and covered with sin for you.  And you simply say, "I don't need that."  What a disgrace that is after the untold love He proved to you!  May there be a soul saved through this sermon.
