On one hot Sunday afternoon, I met three "nice" Korean Mormon missionaries in front of the Norwalk California Market.  They smiled as I went into the market, and when I came out, two of them followed me to my car and talked to me about their "other" gospel (the Mormonism).  Although sun was biting down, I decided to listen to what they had to say; and asked them a question,

"Do you believe the Bible is true and has no mistakes?"  When they answered, "Yes", I gave them my answer from their Korean King James Bible.  The two young men were surprised to find out that their "other" gospel (the book of Mormon) was a curse to those who preach according to Galatians 1:8-9 "But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.  As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed."

I asked the two young men, "Are you saved?"  They both said, "No, but we will some day..."  So I showed them Pastor Mike Schreib's favorite verse, 1 John 5:12, which says "He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life."  So I emphasized the facts and I continued to read on to the next verse; "These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God."  I paused for a moment until these Bible verses sunk into their young minds1 before I concluded, "So none of you HAVE eternal life presently!  It is because you don't HAVE the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior and God in your hearts.  You must be saved before you burn in hell."

All of sudden all three of the young men came to me with their "elderly" opinions.  I listened and was very nice to them until the third one2 told me that the King James Bible was wrong, then I got angry3.  (I am sorry, but I could not just stand there and let them censor the King James Bible with their uneducated1 opinions.)  When I showed them that the Bible "is given by inspiration of God,...", they were no longer interested in truth.  They started to approach other shoppers.

I stood in the middle of the parking lot warning other shoppers,  "Ladies and gentlemen!"  I said it with my loudest voice, "Please do NOT to talk or make eye contact with these three unsaved heretics who just told me the Bible is wrong."  All the shoppers avoided these Mormons like they were the plagues from Egypt.  And I called "Ye Mormons missionary hypocrites!" and quoted "Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?"  When these young men and I realized that their "mission" was over as long as I kept doing what I was doing louder, they calmed me down and gave me a peace offering to meet them and discuss the truth sometime later somewhere far away from Norwalk as possible.  I politely told them, "I will stop if you stop and take your trash with you."  We exchanged our phone numbers and promised to meet when they are a little more prepared.

A few days later, Bro Jae H. Joo and I met with these three Mormon missionaries again and gave these three Mormon young men the good old Gospel from the King James Bible including “Seven Judgments."  Bro. Jae H. Joo showed them many Bible verses1.  The three Mormon missionaries had no Bible verses to substantiate their opinions; they were embarassed and frustrated.  One2 of them got mad and start raising his voice in the middle of the  restaurant.

Over the following days, I spoke to each one of them over the telephone and one2 of the three young men actually broke down and accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his only Savior and Lord.  I thank God for His mercy and grace for sinners like me and that Mormon missionary to be saved so simply and easily.  I thank God for the King James Bible and men such as Bro Jae H. Joo who is boldly willing to use it everyday to spread the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Here is one of his Bible study classes on the Seven Judgments a few days later:

John 1:29 "The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world."

Hebrews 2:9 "But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man."

2 Corinthians 5:21 "For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him."

1 Corinthians 11:28  "But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup."

Psalms 26:1-2  "Judge me, O LORD; for I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted also in the LORD; therefore I shall not slide.
Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; try my reins and my heart."

2 Corinthians 5:10  "For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad."

Ezekiel 20:34-38  "And I will bring you out from the people, and will gather you out of the countries wherein ye are scattered, with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out.  And I will bring you into the wilderness of the people, and there will I plead with you face to face.  Like as I pleaded with your fathers in the wilderness of the land of Egypt, so will I plead with you, saith the Lord GOD.  And I will cause you to pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant:  And I will purge out from among you the rebels, and them that transgress against me: I will bring them forth out of the country where they sojourn, and they shall not enter into the land of Israel: and ye shall know that I am the LORD."

Matthew 25:31-41 "When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:  And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:  And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.  Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:  For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:  Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.  Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?  When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?  Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?  And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.  Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:"

1 Corinthians 6:3  "Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?"

Jude 1:6  "And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day."

Revelation 20:10-15  "And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.  And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.  And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.  And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.  And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.  And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire."

Footnote

1. Later on, I found out that two of Mormon missionaries thought the Book of James was in the Old Testament.  The Mormon missionaries did not know where the books of the Bible were.
